The Math Phobia

Math has always been a nightmare for most of the students. It is widely agreed upon that most of the students find it to be the most difficult subject of all. Math also happens to have a high failure rate worldwide. Therefore, most of the students hire Math tutors as they require extra tutorials for it.

Nonetheless, the basic reason for Math being a nightmare is the horrendous way this subject has been portrayed to students. Math is the most dreaded subject by a layman as this is a general tendency of people to be afraid of something they do not know or cannot do.

“Math is a very tough subject.”

“You must take extra Math tutorials to excel in this subject”.

“We must hire you a Math tutor because it is a tough subject to handle.”

These are the common phrases used by parents, teachers alike to make children realise the importance of Math. The importance of this subject cannot be denied indeed. The only thing that sets this subject apart is that it cannot be chewed down by cramming. Math needs to be handled with a different approach. It requires conceptual understanding and their practical application which can only be achieved if it is practiced with consistency and dedication. However, the teachers and parents must realize that they need to help their children overcome the “Math phobia”, as only then they stand a chance of excelling in this subject.

Our videos cover the complete syllabus for 9th & 10th grade’s Matric/O Level Math. Complete syllabus of Cambridge & Pakistani boards including Federal, Punjab, Sindh, KPK & Balochistan. Videos on any topic including Algebra, Matrices, Trigonometry, Pie, Geometry, Quadratic Equations, Variations, and Statistics can be watched on our website.

Finding a good Math tutor is very hard these days. Here are some reasons why:

  1. A lot of tutors cannot teach Math very well or don’t know it themselves

  4. Many girls are not allowed to go to tuition center

What if I told you that you don’t have to go through the hassle of finding a good Math tutor. Instead, you can use Sabaq Foundation online Math videos as your Math tutor and learn all the Math right at home.
